Entry to the arcade is either from High St or Union Lane. In the middle of the Arcade there is a lift and a stairway. On the first floor, turn right and walk down the hall and into the Chamber of Commerce suites. My office is the first on the right, just next to the reception desk. If my door is open please come in otherwise please have a seat in the waiting area and I will come out to receive you.

There is free parking available in Judges Carpark just behind the arcade. Entry to Judges Carpark is from Woodriff Street.

Fees:

The cost is $130.00 per 50 min individual session and 150.00 for couples. Payment can be made by direct debit 2 days before your appointment, or by EFTPOS or cash on the day. Therapy via Zoom is also available and must be paid by direct debit 2 days prior to the session.

Cancellations Fees:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provided 48 hours notice. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice the following late cancellation fees may apply:

More than 48 hours – no charge

More than 24 hours notice but less than 48 hours notice – a $60 fee maybe charged.

Medicare:

Currently, my practice is not able to provide a Medicare rebate.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 9am – 7pm and Fridays 4pm -7pm (face to face or online)

Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is fundamentally important to ensuring that therapy works. It unsure you as a client can talk freely about things that might be very personal in nature without fear. While I take my commitment to confidentiality very importantly it is important that you know there a few situations that I must legally break confidentiality. These include:

If any child is at risk.

If you are at risk of hurting yourself (immediate threat of suicide).

If you are an immediate threat to someone else.

If I’m subpoenaed to provide my notes or to testify in court.

if I’m told about a serious major crime.

I may discuss our work in anonymously in clinical supervision without any person identifiers so as to to protect your privacy.

I use Halaxy practice management software as a system for scheduling, invoicing and keeping my electronic notes (I do not use any of their integrated billing systems.). See there privacy statement here:
